A Minute Or Sew Ministries is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping enrich the lives of those in need through acts of service. Our Mission is rooted in Philippians 2:4, "Do not merely look out for your own interests, but for the interest of others as well."
SewLoved
Through our Sew Loved Initiative, we create handmade children's clothing. With each purchase, we provide handmade clothing to a child in need. We are currently sending our clothes to children internationally and locally (US). Please check out our online store and shop knowing that your purchase impacts another child.
We also provide sewing classes throughout the year, along with a Make and Take evening with friends, option.
These classes are also great for young adult programs.

God a Minute?
God a Minute? provides applicable insight into the Word of God. We go book by book and break down the chapters, verses and stories in the Bible in a way that hopefully makes them more relatable to everyone reading. We believe the Word of God is alive and able to impact everyone who reads the information within.
Care Counseling and Coaching
Care Coaching is for those who need someone to walk through the struggles of day-to-day life with them.
Our Founder, Tracy Farnell, has an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling and is also a Certified Mental Health Coach specializing in Crisis and Trauma response as well as Addiction care. We believe that God never meant for life to be handled alone. The simple fact that He created humans shows the importance of relationships.
Through our counseling and coaching programs, we want to help those struggling with the issues that plague life today. We believe in working to support whole-person wellness, mind, body, and spirit.
We welcome people from all walks of life, religions, and economic statuses.
Rooted - Small Groups
Rooted is grounded in John 15:5, "I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me and I in him produces much fruit, because you can do nothing without me."
We firmly believe the knowledge of God's Word is our lifeline to knowing the saving revelation of Christ through the Holy Spirit.
We believe in coming together as a unified body of believers, whether that is online or in person. We believe God ministers and reveals His character to us through the pursuit of reading His Word.
Rooted currently has active small groups for women through an online platform and with in-person weekly meetings.
Feed The Flock
Feed the Flock allows us to feed the people in our local community. We serve weekly meals to Ministry Students at City Hope College, along with providing freezer meals for postpartum Moms and families.
